Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuickliTrack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms govern your use of the QuickliTrack mobile and web applications provided by Artifexon Design.
2. Description of Service
QuickliTrack is a management and tracking application designed for hire and equipment hire companies. It provides tools for tracking hire locations, managing collections, and building optimised routes. The Service is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA), and via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
3. Account Registration
To use QuickliTrack, you must register for an account. During registration, you must provide accurate information, including your email address, company name, and user role. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Free Trial & Subscriptions
QuickliTrack may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, continued access may require a paid subscription.
App Store Purchases
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions).
- Refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We cannot process refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases directly.
Web Purchases
If you subscribe via the QuickliTrack website, payment is processed through our third-party payment provider. Refund requests for web purchases should be directed to support@quicklitrack.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to transmit any illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to design, code, and content, belong to Artifexon Design. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Push Notifications
QuickliTrack may send push notifications to your device to alert you about job updates, hire status changes, or other service-related information. You can manage your notification preferences in your device settings at any time. Push notifications are entirely optional and do not affect core functionality.
9. Service Availability
We strive to ensure the Service is available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We provide the Service "as is" and do not offer any Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees for our free tier. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artifexon Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings screen within the application. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
